Being healthy at school is hard, especially when you live in a dorm. Recently I found the greatest snack that will satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth; frozen banana bites. Although just regular frozen bananas are pretty tasty, do not be deceived- these bites are more flavorful than just a naner. Best part? You can make it in even the tiniest dorm room!
Here’s all you need:
5 tasty looking bananas
1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter
2 ounces of Greek yogurt (I prefer vanilla)
1) Peel one banana and mash it, then mix with the peanut butter and yogurt. Set aside.
2) Slice the rest of your bananas, I do about half an inch thick slices. Spread the mixture you just made on a slice of banana then put another slice of banana on top. It’s like a mini banana sandwich!
3) Place on a plate and put in the freezer for at least two hours.
4) Enjoy whenever!
