Take a second to relax

I know all college students can become a bit crazy at times but you have to remind yourself to sit back and take a deep breath. I know as a student with a major and a minor it can become very stressful at times and I just want to give up but you have to keep pushing yourself. Something I do when I’m stressed is put on my beats and listen to music for a little bit, it helps me relax and forget about all the stress. If that does not work I will head to the gym and either run it off or lift it off. This helps me take all the negative energy out and lets me come back to my homework or studying with a more positive mind-set. These are just a few small things to do but sometimes this isn’t good enough, sometimes you have to walk away from the assignment and continue it a day later, or ask someone in your class. It is always good to make a friend in class incase you are confused, miss a class or need a friends help. Another option is call your parents, it is always good to vent with someone outside of the college circle, I know my mom always knows how to calm me down and make me smile when I need it. These are just a few small things you can do to relieve some stress but you just have to remind yourself that
Every little thing is gonna be alright!
