What to do when you start getting stressed

Being a college student I know how stressful school can be. These are some of the things that I do to get my mind back at ease so that I don’t explode.

  • Step away from the work and do something else such as watch tv, read a book, or listen to music
  • Go to the gym
  • Meditate
  • Take a nap
  • Talk on the phone to friends
  • Take a walk
  • Go to a new subject for a while

– Try these tips and you will feel so much better, and once you get back to your work you’ll be ready to finish your work.
