The winter months have been horrid this year. But that has not stopped the vast number of people going to the gym. Even though one may not be experiencing the warm summer weather, the hydration you need still is the same. Just because you are working out inside in the winter does not mean that you have to drink less water.
Staying hydrated during the winter is very important. It may be cold out but if you are working out you should still keep your body hydrated. When working out you feel thirsty, chances are you are already dehydrated. Try drinking plenty of water 2-3 hours before you go workout and plenty of water throughout the day.
