A Break Well Needed

Sometimes we get so indulged with class work, jobs, personal situations, etc. , that we forget what we are suppose to do or we become over worked and stressed out.  Even those of us that have time management forget to put one thing into the schedule and that is personal time to relax and be stress free. Try to give yourself time to relax and do nothing. Have a little fun with your alone time. It gives you time to prioritize the activities in your life which may result in you having more free time. During your free time try to do things that you know requires little to no physical stress like a light work out or my personal favorite, video games!  Now that you’ve had time to relax once you begin your routine schedule again, you’ll be able to think more clearly.

College is a challenge and time management is a key element to success, but don’t lose sight of the most important part of your success: you. Make sure that you are happy with what you’re doing and you have time to make yourself happy.
