Managing Sleep

As we get older, sleep becomes much more sacred to us. When we were younger some of us hated taking naps, but now that we are in college we tend to always be tired and always want to sleep. Which is why we have to manage our sleep schedules. It is important to make sure we can get our work done during the day so we don’t have to pull all-nighters. It is also hard to get a good nights sleep when you are living in a dorm with a roommate.

Tips to get a good nights sleep:

  • manage your sleep schedule
  • don’t eat before bed
  • avoid caffeine before bed
  • don’t take long naps during the day
  • avoid all-nighters
  • buy an eye mask to avoid seeing lights in the morning
  • buy ear plugs if you are a light sleeper
  • set a sleeping schedule with your roommate
